This is the so-called barkada blog of Julian, Jessie, Howell, Ryza and Frances! They're all summer campers of the 2006 DLSU Computer Studies Summer Camp, and what's here are the different odds and ends about the personas in the spotlight: THE BARKADA! Browse this page to know more about these friendly peeps... who even typed the things you're reading now! Have fun! Rock on!

 A LITTLE HISTORY

The barkada was established just this very hour (haha) when Mr. Solomon See asked every summer camper engaged in the web development parallel session to make their own web pages. Hence, the five students who are the main topics of this page and what this is all about decided to become one as a "barkada". Thanks to the things we learned about HTML and Java Scripts, we now learn how to make our own web page! Pretty cool huh?

Untitled Barkada Member No. 1: RYZA

Ryza, 15 years, is a self-proclaimed writer from the University of Perpetual Help Rizal. She calls herself a hopeless romantic, a quiet poetic and a certified music aficionado. She changes for the good. She's also crazy over good poetry and music, and an activist and patriot by heart. She is fifteen going on sixteen (everybody sing along to that song from "The Sound of Music"!) She can't wait to turn sixteen so that she'll turn seventeen the next birthday ahead. Haha.

UntitledBarkada Member No. 2: HOWELL
Jan Howell, 15 years old says that he helps others when in need (but in return they would have to help him too, haha.) He outstands any obstacles except his mother's shouts. He welcomes new problems, blessing, tests, money, gifts, load, cakes and everything he likes and want! Being the adventure-packed guy that he is, he embraces ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING aside from viruses, germs and everything that is "yucky". He loves the word "love" and is loyal and friendly-- and being a super liar at that. He is a certified jologs who hates programming and loves watching teleseryes at night. (And for your information, the baby on the picture is definitely NOT him).

 Barkada Member No. 3: FRANCES

Frances. DLSU Summer Camper 2006. Former 1st and 3rd year level representative sa UPHR. S.Icon ng SSC. Staff writer ng Junior Perpetualite. Super addict sa Science. Talkative. Gala. Mahilig magtelebabad. Madamot sa food. Rank 2. Loves taking pictures. Walang alam na birthdates maliban sa birthday niya (March 18). Loves watching TV. Music is her life. Pwede kang magpadrawing sa kanya. Insomniac. Mahilig sa ice cream, cake, pizza, pasta at chocolates. Has dogs named YATCHAY and BRUTUS. Into texting-- SOBRA! Friendly. Loves adventures. Dreams of going to Japan. Uses super lalim na Tagalog words. Mahilig tumawa. Sanay nang mapahiya. Walks by faith and not by sight.

 Barkada Member No. 4: JESSIE
She loves anything that's colorful and unusual, and stars and chocolates are two of the best things in life for her. She loves rainy and sunny days, but she loves rainy days more. A hopeless romantic, she loves stories and movies about love. She likes having good conversations, laughing and making people laugh. She's also into poetry and good books, and is adventurous. Of course she loves God, family and friends-- the usual people she is supposed to love. She also loves looking up at the sky, gimmicks, singing and dancing-- for there is nothing that makes her happier than using her God-given talents. She loves coloring books, nail polish, crayons and paint, as well as playing silly games. She's hoping for better days and dying for tomorrow's surprises! Yeah, that's Jessie, that's her! : )

 Barkada Member No. 5: JULIAN

Meet Julian, an incoming Senior student at the De La Salle Zobel School in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. He's a person who likes to eat, play, and enjoy life. It may not seem that he is friendly, especially when at first sight, but in fact he really is. It just takes him a while to open up to someone because of his shy nature, but once he gets there, he's unstoppable, hehe. You will normally find him online because of many reasons, the first being the biggest-- he lives in Cavite so calls are long-distance. It's frustraing for him because he can't call his friends up as much as he used to, when he lived in Alabang that's why he's thankful for the Internet. Without it, he thinks he won't be updated with the outside world, he won't be able to blog and read other people's blogs online. He thinks that the Internet is a life-saver. Think savvy and techy, that's Julian.
